- Customers can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as “non-returnable” due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
2. Return Process

3. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on your payment mode.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Deductions:
- Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to incorrect size, change of mind, or similar reasons, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
